Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all contracts between Curvaview ltd ("we," "us," "our") and our customers ("you," "your") for the design, supply, delivery, and installation of custom multimedia walls within the United Kingdom.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms may be amended from time to time, and any changes will be effective from the date of publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly.

3. Orders and Specifications

3.1 Custom Design: All multimedia walls are custom-made. You are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details necessary for the design and installation if your specifications.

3.2 Approval: Before we proceed with manufacturing, you will be provided with a detailed design and specifications. Your approval is required before production begins. Once approved, no changes can be made without additional costs.

3.3 Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only when we receive your written acceptance of our quotation.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing: All prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change until an order is confirmed.

5. Delivery and Installation

5.1 Delivery Date: We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation. While we strive to meet these dates, we are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Installation: Installation will be carried out by our trained professionals. You must ensure that the installation area is prepared and accessible on the agreed installation date. Any additional costs incurred due to lack of preparation will be charged to you.

5.3 Risk and Ownership: Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership of the products will pass to you only upon receipt of full payment and cooling off period ends 72h

5.4 Access due to size (unit are in section able to fit through a standard doorway and assembled in room required but to save any disappointment conformation of access will be required passage widths, door opening, stairs, turning corners, lift and floor levels 

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1 Cancellation by You: Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, you cannot cancel the order.

6.2 Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your order if:

  • We have insufficient stock or materials to fulfill your order.
  • You breach any of your obligations under these Terms.

6.3 Consumer Rights: As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for most goods purchased online or over the phone. However, this right does not apply to custom-made products as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

6.4 Faulty Goods: If the products are found to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You must notify us of any issues within 30 days of installation.

7. Warranty

7.1 Warranty Period: We offer a warranty of [1] years on the multimedia wall and installation services, covering defects in materials and workmanship.

7.2 Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Issues arising from installation carried out by anyone other than our authorized personnel.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Extent of Liability: Our liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the products and services.

8.2 Exclusions: We shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of goodwill.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
